The Kairn Rd project was undertaken as the largest owner builder project in Bendigo. The project has been broken down into 3 stages. At the completion of the project the site will be the home of the Justice Theatre & Conference Centre, History Makers Church, Victory Christian College and History Makers College. Once completed the Justice Theatre & Conference Centre will seat approximately 750 people, while Victory Christian College currently has facilities to educate approximately 250 students.

In September 2009, stage 1 can to a completion seeing History Makers Church Administration, Victory Christian College and History Makers College moved to the Kairn Rd site. The site consists of joint administration for both Church and School, as well as Primary and Secondary class rooms and rooms for History Makers College. The facilities are state of the art, with wireless networks, interactive whiteboards, open learning spaces, soccer field etc. Which not only provide an excellent environment for learning and working in, but the natural environment surrounds make the site simply spectacular.

Stage 2 will commence shortly into 2010, with the foundations being laid for the Justice Theatre and Conference Centre (JTC). The JTC once fully completed will seat 750 people, being one of Bendigo's leading venues for Performing Arts.
